2008-2009 Snocross Schedule

Transponder Update!!
It was our intent to use transponders in all classes for the 2008-2009 season, however with the fuel prices they way they are, we do not feel it fit to burden everyone with the additional expense of a transponder. We will continue using them for the Semi Pro and Pro classes only. If you have purchased one in advance and are not competing at Semi Pro or Pro level, please contact RMR and we will purchase your transponder back from you.
08-09 Season Rules & Updates
For the 2008-2009 snocross season, Junior riders in the 14-15 and the 16-17 liquid divisions will be restricted to running only the 440's in the liquid-cooled division. For the 2009-10 season, an acceptable alternative will be used.
Also all models, regardless of year or cc up to 600, will be allowed to compete in all Super Stock classes.
Effective 2009-2010 season, Snell 2005 will be the standard for helmets and Snell 2000 will no longer be approved.
Freestyle riders will be able to change the springs to a specific one designated by Ski-doo. Part numbers to be available at a later date.
Protest fee will be raised to $250.

RMR Final Point Standings
It's now official! The final point standings for our East, Central and West Divisions are now final. Racers must have attended at least 3 RMR events during the season to be eligible for an award. Congratulations to all our Champions and thank you, to the entire RMR racing community for another great season.

The following riders will be advanced to the full Pro Division for the 2008-2009 Season: Jason Stone, Robert Graeber, Derek Graham, and Chris Chico.
